Eye speak engrish...

Employers say Gen-Ys are short on skills, demanding, impatient and far from loyal.

..Funny how the smallest generation can be the worst in a century. I understand that this is, in fact, an Austrailian article, but yet cannot understand why we are the worst. We like raises? Perhaps this could be due to cynical upbringing that made us realize there is nothing the government will provide when we age to support ourselves on? Or perhaps b/c we have the smallest estimated birth rate in 5 generations b/c we know better than to keep breeding? (Again, knowing nothing to fall back on)

Which technical skills? Most of us were raised with a computer. I remember MS Paint being a phenomonal program as a child. PC Logo or nothing, baby. Most of our parents struggle everyday with this......

This must be why I work my ass off everyday and don't get paid what I am worth. B/c, as aged 26, I am worth nothing, according to study. I am a spoiled brat, and I am , evidently, a bugbear to the corporate world.

Too bad I do not know that exact definition.....

EDIT: Good things of Gen-Y
