Yum!

Tofu, red onion and fresh, locally grown green beans stir fried with olive oil, fresh garlic and spices. Complimented with a cheap, decently dry Cabernet bearing the tag line of 'It's just wrong'.

A much better dinner than any greasy cheese burger with bacon flavored mayo and bacon bits on top. I still despise cooking, but for this type of dinner, I'll work through the pain.

Picture could be better, but I took it with my phone. And on a side note, I am ecstatic to now have the internet back.
